30-Day Return Policy:
- You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Due to health and hygiene standards, skincare products (masks, serums) and perfumes must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- We cannot accept returns on items that have been sprayed or applied to the skin.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception. If the fragrance bottle is leaking or the mask packaging is damaged, contact us immediately at our support email with photos.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
