At Lunas Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original cellophane wrapping and packaging. Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges on perfumes that have been sprayed, tested, or removed from their original sealed box.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, and personalized products.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@lunasfragrance.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with the specific return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
